We ship our products to Australia and New Zealand only.
For deliveries we use AusPost.
Orders are processed from 9am to 1pm AEST Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, will be processed the following Monday.
Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next working day.
Revision of the Order:
To examine and verify the information relating to an order, please log into your account and click on the order to view its specific details.
– Shipments to Australia are delivered within 72 hours from time of shipment (excluding holidays).
– Shipments to New Zealand take approximately 2-3 business days from time of shipment.

Mode of delivery
The courier usually make an attempt for delivery, if for any reason it would not be successful (absence of the recipient, incorrect address, etc..) Is left a notice with instructions for delivery. If the return is successful is not the merchandise is in stock. We recommend that you leave a telephone number when placing the order to which you are definitely attainable for the sole purpose of any contact from the courier in case of delivery problems.
Any damage or missing packages or correspondence with the order must be reported immediately by the reserve on the shipping document, who gives it context communication via e-mail. Only in this way we can proceed to the partial or total replacement of products.
